Warranty Claim for Xiaomi

Warranty service

  • For not buying warranty service, we will be not responsible for any problem from delivery time. The customer is required to carefully check the phone while delivery.
  • For the customer buying warranty service, we will be responsible for 12 months of warranty for your phone. The customer is required to keep the warranty note.

Warranty conditions

  • The phone is required to send with warranty note, and the phone must be logon out from MiCloud account.
  • We will make warranty 12 months for power, hardware, display and touch.
  • The screen must have more than 3 death pixels with the width 1mm

Warranty does not apply:

  • to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time
  • to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports
  • to damage caused by use with a third party component
  • to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause
  • customer uses hack, crack, or install any unsuitable software, malware from other companies.
  • to Sim card and SD card
  • warranty note is lost, changed or Serial/ IMEI number is not clear
